Really cute FREE museum. Before Covid, they had cute little things set up for kids to touch and play with. Like old telephones, locks, etc. My boys love it! They also have several old buildings outside to explore. Super fun :)

This is a modern, well-lighted, comfortable, fun regional museum with a large Arkansas themed gift and book shop. Oh yes, and very informative with a friendly and helpful staff! There are artifacts and wall graphics and old photos and interactive exhibits galore, plus an old barn and several historical buildings outside. Old music plays on an antique radio and a must-see is the video and exhibit on Ed Stilley and his ingenious homemade guitars. His story is awesome and spiritually uplifting! It was a nice day trip for us and I think we'll go back.

Loved walking around on the grounds. Such a wonderful piece of history. Great for a family outing. Great place to take family photos too. So relaxing and inviting. I would recommend this museum to any sightseeing group or anyone new to the area. Love the atmosphere.

It's a very nice place to learn about Ozark's history. I went there with one of my kids and he absolutely loved it. He took hundreds of pictures to share with his siblings and interacted with all the \please touch\ opportunities we found there. It was a great experience.

Excellent Campus!!! Clean. Staff were very friendly and informative. The day I attended, they were having a wildlife presentation on Turtles. After the presentation, we proceeded to tour the other displays that are posted about the facility. After the tour, it was rather refreshing to learn something new about the State of Arkansas, that not many others know. I recommend contacting a Staff Member at this location, about upcoming events or presentations.
