Mixed. Helpful parts department, some great people working here. I had a repeated issue that could have been dealt with a little better, but ultimately they helped as best they could with the problem. Almost a 5. Kubota is better than most tractors on performance, however I'm still a little scared of long term maintenance and repairs as they can be expensive.

After I left a bad review a gentleman by the name of Allen called me the same day to talk about the review. He was very respectful and listened to my concerns and never tried to make any silly excuses. He brought up some valid points that I had not looked at and spoke to me like a human being. I have never had someone reach out to resolve an issue and be so respectful. Allen if you could also improve the taste of crow I sure would be grateful ( LOL )
