I called acis because my computer wouldn't turn off airplane mode. I didn't expect the level of service i received. I talked to David and don and they both did their absolute best to help me. they even allowed me to do a facetime chat when remote help wasn't available. Definitely the best customer support i have ever received.

There are not adequate words for how much I appreciated their service. My computer crashed & I paid another vendor to restore it. I was not happy with the results-but at least I had a working computer. It crashed again within days. I took it in to ACIS and they worked magic! It was restored to near perfect pre-crash condition. In my opinion they went above and beyond. I just wish I had gone to them first. They are super nice to boot.

I am a senior with limited knowledge of computers. I had a problem this morning that I needed help with. Looked on line and found good reviews for ACIS, called them and was able to bring computer in today. They were polite and able to help me same day. ACIS was recommended to us by another IT company in Springfield, which speaks volumes in itself. Our Office 365 migration was slightly more complicated due to the logistics of our employee's locations (6 states and 1 out of the country). Travis and his crew were patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and did I mention patient?! To say that they dealt with more than their fair share of issues is an understatement, but they stayed late to be sure we were up and running as quickly as possible, with absolutely no complaints. They have taken multiple phone calls since the migration and always been professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them, and can't thank them enough!

Our experience has been nothing but amazing. David is funny, smart, helpful, and truly cares about you and helping you solve your problems. He gave us a range of options and solutions that could fit our budget and recommended a stepped approach for things beyond our budget. He finished the work crazy quick - during Christmas week!! Most important to me personally after a really terrible experience with the Geek Squad - he was respectful and didn't talk down to me. Thanks David. You can bet we'll be back and we'll send others!!
