Good gun store with lots of options from Sig. They also carry Sons of Liberty Gun Works rifles which is one of the main reasons I go there. But the biggest reason I go there is because the staff is extremely helpful. It’s great that they sell guns but the professionalism and knowledge of the staff will make or break a business. When you go in, make sure your speak with Colin, Kyle, or Eric and they will take care of you. Lastly, when guns are hard to find they don’t raise their prices to take advantage of others. I respect that. Nice to see some integrity out there.

Just bought my own first gun here today! Staff was friendly and informative, not pushy whatsoever. Background check was quick and painless. Prices were on point and one of the cheapest in town for the best quality. Very happy customer !

Staff is not friendly or welcoming upon entering store. Seemed more worried about drinking coffee than helping customers. I purchased AR lower parts kit for a build. Got home to start working on assembly and recognized parts kit was missing three items. Went to store to explain situation and was treated like I was trying to rip them off. They explained there was no way that they would switch out the lacking parts kit for a complete kit that I had paid for. They Attempted to see if they had an extra with the gunsmith which they did not. Was told I could purchase a magazine release assembly by itself but would have to pay for the item despite having already paid full price for the complete lower kit. Clearly the only one trying to shaft someone in this situation was the store. I will take my business elsewhere. Poor customer service.

Great service and friendly staff. They had just what I needed and many more options to choose from. Their prices were fair and their products were quality. 10/10 would shop again.

Everything on their end went smoothly. I respect how well they know their inventory.

The Guys at Anchor Tactical Supply are a Bunch of Great Guys. They Will Do Anything to Help You Find what Your Looking for. I Just Wish that When You Order a Weapon that it Would Get There on Time. I Was Told 3 Weeks, and It’s Been 2 Months. But They Can’t Control The Manufacturing Company and How Quick that They Get The Product Out. But now they have told me that it will be more like 3 months before I will receive my Weapon. I still give them three thumbs up . Got my new Sub 2000 today after waiting for 3 months. I was told when buying this weapon that it would only take 3 weeks. Just wanting a sale. Had to have been a new guy because they have never treated me like this before. I still think they are great but they have some problems. Still three thumbs up

I purchased a firearm through an online broker site from Anchor Tactical and the initial transaction went smoothly and all communications were fast, responsive, and straight forward. I would definitely do business with them again! For those who read long reviews - My online purchase was going smoothly until FedEx entered the equation. Everything was moving, we had a tracking number, package was making its way from MO to VA, and I was eagerly anticipating delivery to my FFL. Then all of a sudden the firearm disappeared somewhere at the FedEx facility in NC!?! To Sam and Eric's credit they stay engaged with FedEx for two weeks and we finally called it as it appeared the firearm would not be recovered and FedEx was less than interested in taking the issue on despite them losing a firearm in their possession! Anyway, Sam Hartley deserves much credit for being responsive to my emails and phone calls throughout this process. As a consumer, I appreciate good customer service and a appreciate even more a merchant who is willing to 'make it right' eventhough in this situation it was due to no fault of theirs.

Great selection of items. Prices were expensive, not ridiculously high, but decently above other stores. Staff was horrible. Never acknowledged us when we were the only customers in the store. When I asked a question to one of the employees, he was quite rude. Would have to pay me to set foot back in this place. The kid behind the counter was arrogant and snobby. I browsed some other reviews and it appears as I am definitely not the only person that had this same experience. You obviously haven't learned Anchor.
