The delivery guys were awesome, I never had any trouble with the guys on the truck. However the people that were supposed to send our uniforms back needs to be fired because they are worthless. We would turn in 6 days worth of clothes, the next week we might of gotten 2 pair back. It got so bad that we would just take our uniforms home to wash them ourselves. My rates in 2012 were 25 a week for mine and one employee, they tried to jack my rates up to over 75 a week over the course of 5 years of my contract. I refused the rate hikes, if I was having to wash my own clothes I was not going to pay I! I absolutely would not recommend this company for uniforms.

Do not work with this company. Every week there was additional charges that were just bs. I ended up with a 5 fee each week for uncollected funds, when I called and asked what that was for, they said it was for a late fee. I said, how can I have a late fee when I am on auto pay? Still, every week there is that same 5 fee. They have tried to give me a rate increase 4 times in the 6 months I have had them. I finally just cancelled my service with them.

Don't do it! They dont bring your stuff back. They pick up 5 sets and bring you back 2 1/2. For years!
