I was told this was a great place for copies...And It's true! I did my entire order online by sending a PDF of the flyer I wanted, paid for it and when they mailed me to say it was ready I picked it up! All within a couple of hours or less. It was a small job so of course it was quick. The employees are professional, polite, very helpful online and on phone, and in person, and as I had my cane , and one arm full of my copies , one fellow held the door for me when I left. The price was right and I am very pleased with my flyers! I plan to use their services again. Thank you Arrow Technologies!

Had to write a review today for John Curry. Super awesome guy, knowledgeable, smart and quick. But I should have written a review a while ago for this company. Easy to deal with, professional cost efficient and all the staff that I have come into contact with are super nice. Kevin who comes to handle most of my copier issues is funny, explains the process well, and Ken is such a patient and professional person. We have been customers going on four years now. You guys are rock stars!

I own a business in the area, had a printer begin to fail and I needed to replace it with something robust as I print a lot of paperwork. Of all the people I called over the weekend, Arrow was the only one to answer. Sunday I sent them the agreement for a large printer, they delivered it the next day and the technician came an hour later to make sure it was properly set up on our network and all my computers were set up with drivers. As a business owner, I feel proud to work with other businesses who provide value and take care of people. I felt like I was calling some buddies of mine to help me out and they came through. the guys at the sales(ken)was extremely helpful on walking me through every step and making sure i get exactly what I needed for my office with a great price. really easy to reach as he helped me on the weekend. got everything ready and set up super fast the tech guys that came to install were extremely helpful and patient and explained everything to me I couldn't possibly he happier with the service I got!!

My employer rents a printer/copier from ArrowTech. They're always responsive and helpful. Recently we noticed a reoccurring issue with the ink that took away from the image quality of our prints. I submitted a service request, and Ken Pickel was very responsive. That morning we spoke on the phone, I sent him pictures of the issue, and he arrived at the office a few hours later to fix the issue. I can't thank him enough for not only doing such a great job fixing the machine, but also for understanding the constraints in my schedule and working around it. Although printer issues are never fun, I'm happy to have Ken's support when I need it.

We have been with ArrowTech for years now. Always a pleasure when they send out Ken Pickel. They respond immediately to service request and Ken always takes the time to address any questions we have and shows us different functions on the printer to make our life easier and work more proficient. Ken is awesome! He was very responsive to all of our questions. Came out right away and solved our issue with noise coming from our printer. He is very polite and even sanitized everything when he was finished! Would highly recommend!
