The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful thank you to Greg and Chisom For making my shopping experience enjoyable! They spent many many hours working with me to find the perfect furniture for my new home! I would definitely recommend Ashley home store in Springfield Missouri! They have a very large selection to pick from, unfortunately things do need to be ordered however, this is not under their control and does not affect their professionalism or them providing Great customer service!

Poor customer service. Cheap furniture made in China. Chair we bought didn't last 4 months before it broke. Now it's a circus trying to get a replacement chair or anyone in corporate to call me back on my claim. UPDATE: The owner (db) responded yesterday and was helpful by providing an email address for me to follow up with my chair issue. However, their reply message is no longer there. Please repost your reply so I can get help with my issue. Ty. Second request. Please repost your reply. Thank you. February 5th, well here we go again, repair Tech finally came out on Feb 2. Had to order a part. Said their warranty Dept would be contacting us with an arrival date. Nope. Buyer beware if you have to ever have service from Ashley home furnitures warranty department, they are God-awful

Just purchased a living room set, bedroom set, and mattress. While we won't receive it for a few weeks, the experience was excellent. Jamey was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable. The showroom had a huge selection and prices were competitive. Highly recommended and look forward to getting the furniture in hand. Have bought from Ashley's before and the quality has always been top notch.

First, our new bed is of the highest quality. The delivery company was outstanding. But...... Springfield's Ashley sales people will promise all sorts of things to make the sale. We were promised delivery in a week, which didn't happen and we weren't informed. I called and it took jumping through hoops to get in touch with the Springfield store. I left a voice mail for Jay to return my call. He did call me back and since it was late in the day he promised he would call me the following Monday - no call. Did not hear from him again. Bed was delivered three weeks after sale. Jay also informed us if our older bed was not torn, which it wasn't, they would take them away. Didn't happen. Per the delivery person, there wasn't room on the truck. This store completely lacks communication skills, and lies to make the sale. I WILL NOT shop their store again.

Bethany was wonderful! Provided very thorough explanation of everything and made our ordering a dining set a very simple experience. They had an incredible selection with something for everyone. We will be so happy when it is delivered!
