A few years (2014) ago I needed my front door lock/ key changed. The guy came out, replaced my perfectly working but compromised lock with a tarnished green looking lock on the front door. Then he sat on my couch for 90min or so making award conversation telling me how it was fine and he was the expert. I was so uncomfortable. Then I got the bill, 200!! And I now had a green corroded looking lock. 3 days later I came home from work and my key broke off in this “new” lock I had been reassured ( for 90min as he sat on my couch and charged me for that time) was perfectly fine. I got angry and went to Home Depot, purchased a new lock for 25 plus tax. Took me 5 min to replace the lock ( with zero experience). It’s now 2020 and haven’t had an issue since. I would NEVER recommend this business to my worst enemy. I honestly don’t know how they stay in business, other than preying upon nice people who don’t know any different. Total scam looking to empty your wallet. Zero stars if I could...
