They are definitely Covid19 safe! Lots of safe guards in place. Had what I needed and have bought several items here including my kitchen appliances. Never had an issue or been pushed into a purchase! Good Store!!

Terrible pick-up. Ordered online. Their email says to park and sign in. When you drive in they have signs that say to pull to the back parking lot. Yet you pass their side doors that say the curb is reserved for pick-up. But no one was there. And they had a sign next to the door that said to park in the parking lot and sign in like the email said. I signed in, the website asked which spot I was in and what my car looked like. I sat there for 30 minutes before walking over and talking to someone to learn that I was supposed to be parked, not in rear lot (or on one of the spots that they have marked for pick-up), but on the curb. Wasted my time. There is a sign literally at their pick-up that says to go park in one of the spots.

I went there to exchange a product and they graciously allowed me to exchange the Blu-ray disc collection of a TV Show that had a one deep round medium length scratch and another lighter one near it on Disc 1 which caused episode 4 to skip. I was so upset the night I discovered this but am SO glad they went beyond to help me out since I already called Best Buy Customer Service and they couldn't help me and told me I had to drive to a store in-person who had it in stock and see if they would allow me to exchange it for the one they had. Plus, I drove almost 30 miles through rush time and back roads and city roads I'm unfamiliar with so I would have been upset if I couldn't be helped. THANK YOU SO MUCH Customer Service team; especially one of the Managers last evening. I felt like I didn't give enough thanks last evening so here I am writing a review for you two (whom I failed to catch their names). Additionally, I went back in to shop some more and they gave me no trouble as I was browsing their video game and movie/music selection meticulously for almost 3 hours, moving back and forth, with my jacket open and not ONCE did I feel like they thought I was going to steal something!; unlike what every other Best Buy security team does to me (I am a careful & unusual shopper). I, for once, didn't feel like I was being scoped out and I was able to shop in peace! . Plus, the staff with whom I interacted with were nice. Thank you all! P.S. I read other reviews on here, including the negative ones and I believe them on the issues they had with this location and their staff. It CAN be better organized and I can see what they mean when they say the staff have a lack of professionalism. It worked in my favor this time, but if I went in to do something else, I might have had a different experience...

Never, ever do business with Best Buy, especially the Springfield, PA site. I have had my computer in this place of business twice in the last 3 weeks and the problem has not been resolved (it's gotten worse). Upon my second visit, I was told that I needed a new VGA cable, which I bought, to no avail. I have tried to call the Springfield, PA store at least 7 times over the last 3 days. I either get ensnarled by the automated attendant, or when she does release me t speak with a live human being, I am put on hold for hours on end (and no one ever picks up the phone). I just called the 1-8800 customer service number and spoke to 2 reps. The first disconnected me and the second connects me to the credit card line. Best Buy has no respect or consideration for its customers. I will be doing the following: cancelling my Geek Squad contract, picketing at the Springfield store (encouraging customers not to purchase anything there), blasting Best Buy allover social Media, and filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General in PA and the Better Business Bureau. Best Buy is the worst retail I have ever had to deal with, NO ONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND SHOULD PATRONIZE BEST BUY. If you do and run into a problem, it will never be rectified. They only want your upfront business and then you're on your own if problems develop. To hell with Best Buy and Geek Squad! 2/17/2021:Still waiting to hear from the Springfield store, even after notifying Best Buy corporate headquarters and being told I would get a call from corporate. BEST BUY IS PATHETIC. DO NOT do business with this useless retailer.
