I recently moved into the neighborhood. I came in to the store tonight for a part that I found they didn't carry. The guy at the register didn't hesitate to look it up and text me the link. They have definitely found a new customer for life.

Can not thank the guys at Bicycle Pro Shop Springfield enough for building my Pole Evolink bike. Not only did they do a fantastic job putting it together, they allowed me to observe and at times actually get some hands-on experience. They treated my bike like they’re own. Highly recommend! Zack and Kinzer rock!

As a new rider, I was out of my comfort zone when looking for the right bike for me. All of that changed once I went to the Bicycle Pro Shop! Andre (I believe that is his name) and the other staff were all extremely patient, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable when helping me through the process. I felt that I learned more from them in the short time talking to the staff than the hours/days of research that I have done online and at other bike stores. The staff was so friendly and ensured to find me the perfect bike for the right price. The time and attentiveness they provided made it such an enjoyable experience. I honestly could not go to another bike store after the experience I have had with them. From new riders to the most experienced riders, Bicycle Pro Shop is the place for you. They truly are the epitome of Customer Service.

Great bike shop! Thank you to Charlie, Andre, and Jake for always being helpful! I bought my SB130 from the DC store in 2019 and have been riding it often ever since but brought my bike in to have the rear tire trued today. Turnaround was quick and the bike rides great now. Thanks again!

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this bike shop. This spring we bought an intro mountain for our 8year old son and after a week’s time, decided to come back for a bike for my husband and myself so we could go on some socially distanced adventures as a family. They gave us an awesome deal, have always friendly, accommodating, and willing to explain things in a straightforward way. We’ve been really happy with our bikes and when my son had some shifting issues (due to a few crash landings and lots of “super big jumps” off a homemade ramp... *sigh*), there was no trouble getting it fixed—easy peasy. We recently inherited an older Specialized bike from a neighbor who was moving and was about to throw it away because didn’t want to deal with it (both tires were flat, lots of rust from being in storage a long time). To see if it was worth revitalizing, I brought it to the shop for an assessment. Garrett was very knowledgeable and helpful—pumped up the tires, lubed up the chain, confirmed that brakes and shifting gear worked, and let us know what we could expect to pay for replacement if parts with rust went bad (and which parts were going to be tough to replace due to shortages with the high demand for bikes during the pandemic). We will always return to this shop for our bike needs and gear because the staff have always met or exceeded our expectations for customer service. Enthusiastic 5 stars!
