This is the best coffee in Springfield, and arguably the best in the state! This ”coffee forward” establishment really focuses on coffee. That may sound silly but many businesses spend too much time on food and menu options, neglecting their most important commodity—coffee! Brick & Mortar (B&M) avoids those pitfalls and emphasizes coffee—and only coffee. B&M is primarily a roastery that also has a small, quaint tasting room to give patrons a space to enjoy the exquisite coffee! I recently had the pleasure of meeting and conversing with Jonathan the owner of B&M. His friendly and knowledgeable approach to the coffee experience made my visit all the more pleasant. The coffee menu is small but sufficient. Less is more! I highly recommend B&M’s espresso. It’s perhaps the best I’ve tasted!

This place is really great for specialty coffee with ingredients like pineapple whip or Mexican cola, and they make it fresh right in front of you. The prices are also cheaper compared to other coffee places and are actually full of espresso vice watered down with sugar and slush. The restaurant itself looks amazing, like something you'd find in New York or California vice a little street in Springfield.

The quality of the coffee seems to vary from visit to visit and leans toward poor. There are plenty of coffee shops with better consistency.

Terrible presentation with poor architecture. The owner doesn't care about his customers . Despite my poor experience they refuse to offer a refund .I can't even taste the coffee here .
