I cannot express the fantastic experience as we blindly and unknowingly indulged into finding our perfect home. Time was of essence, and Terisa Stevens went far and beyond her duties as a sales rep. She stayed over, including on holiday and even came in to be there for our closing and final walk through, putting herself aside. To stress the impact Terisa made on our choice and life, no words can explain. Thanks to this wonderful lady, we found our dream home and she helped make that dream come true. She deserves a raise and recognition beyond compare!

After looking into a mobile home sold by clayton homes . The tew home had multiple problems Leaking roof and multiple Electrical problems . I referred the home owner to a local Electric contractor in Nixa that would not over charge them and that would do a good job .
Trailers aren't what they used to b. They were gorgeous inside. For the money I'd rather have a modular. A couple of the ones out front were 165,000 and up.
