Last week, I ordered Cold Stone to be delivered to my house. They got the order wrong TWICE. I went there in person today, 100% contact, no contact-less efforts at all. Zero social distancing nor was there any proper safety precautions. I had to ask the employee creating the ice cream to wear a mask. She did not have gloves. The other 2 employees were wearing their masks under they chin. I couldn’t pay for the ice cream up in front of the cash register myself, I had to give her my credit card and then she gave it back, again, without wearing any gloves. Absolutely zero COVID-19 precautions at this Cold Stone Creamery location.

Just had ice cream from here and all I can say is whoa I had Oreo, Reese's, and cookie dough and it was taste bud blowing
Absolutely love the ice cream but the location is horrible.
