They were quick and professional. I’d just had a power cord issue but since it was the second one from Best Buy they I’d gotten that broke, I wanted to be sure there wasn’t more wrong with my laptop. As a poor grad student, they took my financial situation into consideration and even stayed open an extra 10mins so I could come pick it up after leaving the clinic I was working in. Amazing service! Great value!

Called about sourcing a of component and got sent to eBay, I would prefer sourcing something locally that would help keep me from days of ordering the wrong part based on descriptions. Would have even payed more for it too. If their sales team isn't selling the company then what do they think of it?
