These guys are knowledgeable, personable, and quick. I stripped a screw inside my laptop trying to get to the battery, and Computer Innovations got the screw out and recycled the old battery for me - for no charge! I was getting quotes from 45 to 90 from other pc repair shops in the area, so I was floored when they got done and told me I didn't owe anything. I have a huge amount of respect for this business, and if I ever get in a sticky IT situation again they'll be my first call.

I JUST LOVE COMPUTER INNOVATIONS. I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY FAIRLY NEW HP DESKTOP STARTING UP WITH BLACK SCREENS. YOU CAN JUST SEE THE PC IN BEHIND THE RIGHT MONITOR. ANYWAY, I TOOK THE PC BACK TO THE FOLKS I BOUGHT IT FROM TWICE AND THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. I COULD HAVE SENT IT TO HP BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO WAIT FOR WEEKS TO GET IT BACK. SO I DID SOME RESEARCH AND FOUND COMPUTER INNOVATIONS. I TOOK THE PC TO THEM AND THEY CHECKED IT THOROUGHLY. FINDING NOTHING MUCH WRONG WITH IT, THEY SUGGESTED A NEW GRAPHICS CARD. I AGREED AND THEY INSTALLED WHAT THEY THOUGHT WOULD BE THE BEST FIT. I HAVE THE PC BACK HOME AND IT'S WORKING GREAT. NO MORE BLACK SCREENS. THESE FOLKS ARE GREAT. THEY COULD HAVE CHARGED ME A FORTUNE AND I WOULD HAVE PAID IT \BUT\ THEY WERE VERY REASONABLE AND THE WORK WAS / IS AWESOME. THANK YOU COMPUTER INNOVATIONS FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

About a week ago went into Computer Innovations to start my dream of a custom built gaming computer, didn’t have a lot of knowledge of everything I needed nor the skills to assemble it so Steve was there to assist me with everything, ran multiple quotes to fit my price range, never tried to up-sell me with anything I didn’t need. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Any PC questions you have or parts you need, this is the only place in town I recommend.

I have purchased two computers from Computer Innovations. One was a desktop PC a few years ago, and it was a great computer. Recently I decided I wanted a refurbished laptop so I stopped into the store and Steve, the owner, showed me a nice, affordable selection and I was able to leave the store with a perfect (for me) refurbished laptop for less than 400! I'm very happy with my new laptop and Steve's friendly, knowledgeable customer service. I would highly recommend Computer Innovations to anyone for both new and refurbished computers!
