Good to work with, not pushy. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Had the item in stock where big box stores did not and was less money. I would definitely recommend.

We just went into the store ready to buy a really nice gas range. There were no other customers. There was one guy working there. He stayed way in the back and never said a word to us. How very disappointing! We wanted to buy local.

They didn't have the selection I hoped for. However the staff is knowledgeable and nice to talk with.

Highly knowledgeable, absolutely straight-up and honest is the best way to describe these guys! You won't find a better group of more qualified professionals for any of your appliance needs. Highly recommend them to anyone needing new appliances or any type of repairs!

We have a brand new upright freezer from Frigidaire. We bought it online 8/13/2020. When it began to malfunction, we contacted Frigidaire and we were given Cook’s Appliances information as a local authorized warranty dealer. We called Cook’s right away to get service set up as we had a large freezer thawing out and ruining our food. When I spoke with Cook’s, they said they don’t do warranty repair at this time because they don’t have enough people to do the work. They also said that since I didn’t buy it from them, they have to take care of their customers as their first priority. While I can understand this to a degree, Frigidaire has a contract with Cook’s for all of their warranty work in this area. That means regardless of where the appliance was purchased! We called Frigidaire back and they are sending us a repairman (in one week because that’s as soon as they can make it from ILLINOIS!!!). Ridiculous that I have to wait that long for one thing, and also having to rely on someone from another state to do what Cook’s should have done as my local company. Very disappointing...
