Everyone at this discount tire location was great work work with and masked up for safety among Covid-19. I was initially a little concerned about getting in and out of their parking lot with my 34ft travel trailer, but they assured me it was simple to get in an out without a problem. It was super easy to drive in, park at their last door, then drive out the back and behind the neighboring restaurant. I scheduled a time to get 4 x Goodyear Endurance tires installed. These guys and gals got them installed in just over an hour! The tires made a HUGE difference in the way the trailer pulls and recently performed great during a 1,250 mile road trip to Florida. Thank you Discount Tire of Springfield for the great experience!

First time I could not get in to any Discount Tire I've been to in a reasonable amount of time. I understand with Covid there are limits so, I'm going to suggest if you're going here, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! I will make an appointment next time, and I'll come back bc I've been here before and had a good experience.
Everyone here was nice and helpful. The original tires i got i wasn't happy with and they allowed me to return them and apply it towards the purchase of a new set. The manager was great to work with and they will continue to earn my business thank you very much
This is the 3rd time I've purchased tires from Discount Tire. I specifically like this location because I always get great customer service. I always find the best prices too! Doesn't hurt that Chick-Fil-A is right next door too.
