Unless you live in West Fairfax county, this is the energy company you’re stuck with. I’ve tried resolving an issue with my bill in which their autopay system withdrew from the wrong account and was basically told “tough luck”. They know they’re the only provider around and will not try and help you.

Needed materials and came to this site and no one was answering the phone. Waited over an hour and had to call corporate customer service for someone to come out. A tip for someone else to avoid wasting time call ahead to make sure you don’t waste your time waiting.
This company is awful. Payment arrangements they offer are just plan unacceptable. Hope Virginia can eventually offer its residents more options for electric. Currently, We do not have a choice but to use this company. With that being said, they do not give customers sufficient service because they know you can not leave them to go to another company, so why put any effort into customer service, dependable utility or accurate readings when not forced to?
This company is thief. Steeling from their customers and you have no other option. I hate Virginia.
Been without power for about 14 hours. And apparently there's no plan to restore power to my neighborhood. Even if you don't have a plan...you could at least fake one, guys.
