Druff’s is the “hipster grilled cheese place” of downtown Springfield (like every growing downtown has) but they are so good at making things that aren’t just a grilled cheese. They pair all kinds of eclectic ingredients to make creative sandwiches, and they’re constantly rolling out new seasonal sandwiches. I love their foodie creativity. Their soups are worthy as well, plus they have local beers. The locale is a historic downtown diner space with a subway tile feel to it.

Cool little place right off the square downtown. Food was really good, especially the pie from Prairie Pie! I also had the Too Cute breakfast bowl, and it was a hearty portion with eggs, avocado, tomato, and hash browns. A little pricey but worth checking out!

First time here- loved everything about Druff's- the building, atmosphere, music, friendly staff, and fabulous food! I highly recommend the vegan bowl for breakfast! Will definitely be back.

Super tasty sandwich on sourdough with cream cheese, cheddar, bacon and fresh jalapeno slices. Divine! For dessert- honey custard pie with sea salt. Mmmmm!

Great vibes, great food, and even better staff. If you're looking for a place that makes you feel right at home, look no further! The sandwiches were perfect, the soup was amazing, and man can I not wait to go back!
