I started my son at Dunham's Martial Arts to help his focus and for the self defense. As a parent, I love to watch my son in his classes. Mr. Dunham works on the physical and the mental as every month they learn valuable lessons. I feel like I take away almost as much as my son from watching the class. I cannot wait for my youngest son to start there as well. There are classes for all ages and experience. I would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed at all.

When the world changed, they added the online virtual training to continue supporting their students. From the opening mantra to the monthly character building themes, they strive for the best in themselves and the students.
