I really appreciated the help and effort from the Easterly Auction CO family and crew. Very polite and respectful. This team was a blessing to me. I would recommend their services. Their advertising was excellent and it was an exceptionally well attended auction. I appreciated the attendees who hung in there till most all things sold, Great job!

Placed multiple bids on multiple items. I tried several times over a 4 day period through their web sight to acquire if they offer combined shipping. I never received a response. As it happened, I left my bidding as it was and I did win 1 item. Based on their auction posting for this item shipping was shown as 6 ( small 5” crystal piece), seemed reasonable enough. Company sent me an invoice for item won without including shipping charges. I called them and finally got a hold of a rep and was told to pay for item and shipping was billed separately...so I did. A day later I received another invoice for almost 13 for shipping. I emailed them back to point out this was not what the auction web sight listed for this item. I also mentioned that I also was 1 state away from their shipping location, how can it be so much for an item that weighs less than an ounce? NEVER GOT A RESPONSE ! ! ! Remember now that you have already payed for your item....now they hold it hostage. EXTREMELY UNDERHANDED way to do business. I ASSURE YOU IT WONT HAPPEN AGAIN,

Had an issue with an online purchase being significantly different than what was advertised. Was able to work things out with mike, and in the end things were made right. Nice to find a company that operates with honesty, and integrity.
Wow. What an awesome experience. Mike Easterly deserves all the praise for his professionalism, his crew is courteous, informative, knowledgeable, and personal to make it an experience for all. We have experienced several auctions , however the most entertaining and family oriented evenings are with Easterly auctions. One more thing. After you look at the rest, HIRE THE BEST. My husband goes every week.and comes with unique finds.
