I’m not normally one to post a bad review, but I’ve been a patient at Eustasis for years, but at this point I’ve had enough. I had hoped that with the addition of another building and a new system things would improve but that hasn’t happened in my experience. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had an over 2 hour wait time for a meeting that lasted maybe 15 minutes, and all because they won’t refill a prescription without seeing you. I understand why this is done, and I agree that it’s beneficial for most patients to be seen regularly in the event that life changes or events necessitate a different course of action than the current plan and dosage. However, the office is and always has been poorly run. Even with the addition of the new providers, I honestly can’t remember the last time I didn’t have to wait over an hour (sometimes up to three) to be seen. I don’t have the luxury of waiting hours after my scheduled appointment time to be seen. I have to take half a day off of work to spend at most 30 minutes with a provider solely to get prescriptions refilled. I’ve also lost track of the amount of times where my check in process was done incorrectly and I was marked as seen when I hadn’t been and had in fact been waiting for two hours to be called back. They always seem to be short-staffed, overwhelmed, and barely keeping the place running. Nothing personal against the providers, as I know they are doing the best they can, but the business would greatly benefit from office management training and likely an overall office manager to help things run more smoothly. Eustasis is literally the most disorganized office I have ever been to and I’m sure this, along with their exceptionally long wait times, have lost them more patients than they’d care to admit.

I have been super satisfied with this business. I used Burall prior but it can take a very long time to establish yourself as a patient there and this business has more options for health needs depending on what they are. The Only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is they generally one have 1 person working the front desk making calls about schedule changes more effort than needed with often reguiring a callback. Burrell on the other hand generally has 3 people working front desk at all hours.

This is the most unprofessional and disorganized psychiatric office I have ever been to. I have literally never been seen on time, and the previous 2 times that I have had an appointment, I was only able to get seen because there are so many people that left because they had waited for more than 2 hours. You are not able to develop a relationship with a psychiatrist at all and I do not feel comfortable opening about my mental struggles to someone that I just met. They also seem like they are only seeking efficiency. You come in, get your prescription, and leave. It's like a convenience store psychiatrist. Currently as I am writing this, I am waiting on a telehealth appointment (that I thought would be faster than going in) and I have been waiting for 45 minutes for the provider. The only reason why I am still with them is because there is no where else that I can get my medication. DO NOT go to Eustasis if you have other options.

I absolutely loved the thought of being seen on the spot. I had been putting it off for almost a year.. getting help, and just happened to take a right turn. After reading some of these reviews, I personally like seeing a mix of care in providers. They are ALL friendly and compassionate. I saw Nick? today. Extremely easy to talk with and I felt comfortable immediately as I do with everyone. Mental health is a process I have struggled with for years. This isn’t a one and done concept. Meds? They tried me on one. I didn’t like it. I told them and they worked with me. I feel like I have options and I can be myself when I am there. I am just a few months in but so far my experience here has been exceptional considering what I am looking for in my emotional well-being. Thanks Eustasis!

I do not recommend Dr. Jain. You want pills? Go here, he will readily prescribe. Do you want him to know you by name? Forget it. And prepare for the walk of shame as you carry your own urine sample across the waiting room in front of random people per their instructions. You will be treated as a potential drug addict even if you don't want to be prescribed anything, they will insist they prescribe something. They believe pills cure everything. Just numb everyone out optimal mental health. I came to the clinic for a simple letter of disability to my school program. And I had to go through all this and didn't even leave with a letter! Update: Thanks for the response! I was indeed a legitimate patient and also emailed you at this time as well. Also, the medical records staff you have touted in your response as "capable" were extremely short staffed (as they told me). I am sure the HHS and the APA say nothing about drug testing a patient who wants a letter of accommodation. Thanks for showing the world how dismissive you are.

A lot of barriers and miscommunication or just blatant disregard to continuity of care. Ultimately, there was a lack of accountability by Eustasis and follow through. Moving forward I feel as though it would be more detrimental than beneficial staying with Eustasis for long term psychiatric care. First time reaching out to try just feels like a slap in the face when disregarded/ overlooked knowing statistically African Americans especially African American women face barriers like mine and more trying to do the same. I expected better, I know it is out here somewhere however, it was NOT Eustasis for me.

Made an appointment at 2:30. Showed up at 2:15 to do paperwork. At 3:30, still hadn't been seen, no explanation, nor did they offer any understanding for my frustration at waiting AN HOUR PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME, and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Absolutely not.

Terrible place, terrible billing department, would have been far better off if I had never tried to use this place for therapy. I've just opened a physical bill for over 700 for charges my insurance company has refused to pay after asking multiple times if it was certain that my ppo would cover costs associated with follow-up visits. After several appointments I have absolutely nothing good to say and can categorically state that they did nothing but take my money.
