After 27 years in my townhouse, its time for a new roof. I contacted several roofing companies and I'm happy to say Exterior Medics was the right choice. I met with sales consultant Julien Freville, I could not have asked for a better one. He was prompt, courteous and made the entire process an excellent experience. Julien surveyed the entire exterior house and attic took many pictures. We got together later on Zoom. We walked thru all the pics which showed the bad condition of the roof and several other items that needs to be addressed. I chose the GAF Timberline architectural shingles, a good look with 50yr warranty. I signed on the dotted line and looked forward to start the project in mid September. I was pleased with the product/quality and excellent warranty, the cost/price fit my wallet. Well I got a call from Myron (project mgr.) on August 26, he said another customer had to reschedule their project which gave me an opening for the next day. Myrons crew arrived at 7am and were completed by 11am. Also had new gutter guards installed thanks to Einell installer. This was an excellent experience, great customer service and many thanks to Julien Freville. You made the process easy and your confidence and knowledge of your product put me at ease. With a new roof overhead I feel safe and very pleased with Exterior Medics. Thanks Frank C. ( happy homeowner)
Professional install and I love the look of my new door. Had to special order it since I wanted the glass tinted. It took some time to receive it but the project manager updated me at every step. Could not have gone better.
This was the second time we used Exterior Medics for a roof repair and they did not disappoint. All of their employees were very professional and obviously skilled at what they do. They arrived on time and left no signs they had been there; they cleaned the yard thoroughly. I highly recommend them.
Water was getting under vinyl siding on garage. Two person team sealed bottom of garage vinyl siding with metal flange. Excellent job.They had to remove two rows of siding, apply Tyvek and metal flange and replace original siding.
