Johnathan Ruiz was very professional, kept me informed every step of the way thru the job hiring process. Gave great tips on interviews and interviewers . The whole staff was very helpful , courteous and well round in all aspects of job placement. Highly recommend First Diversity!

This is the most dreadful hiring service I ever worked with. First, when I called to ask about a job position their was a woman that purposely kept miss pronouncing my name laughing with her co-worker on the phone. When the lady finally chose to getting my name right she transferred me to the recruiter and it went straight to voicemail. I left two voice mails and she didn't call me back for either one. The next day a second recruiter repeatedly kept calling me throughout the day about another position I applied for, he grew frustrated with each call telling me that I need to come to Springfield and meet him to hurry and get this position before someone else gets it. I told him your thirty minutes away I would like to know a little more about the position so that i'll feel more comfortable about making the thirty minute drive to meet him. He hung on me in mid-sentence. Third, I called to make a complaint toward Jonathan in Springfield Ohio; for hanging up on me, they put me on hold for thirty minutes just to send me to voicemail. Guess what happened next - the woman asked to put me on hold I said \okay\ then the phone hung up. These recruiters are patronizing and disrespectful. Theirs better organizations out their.

Very low end business. My suggestion is to expect absolutely nothing, to include the truth. Then you won't be disappointed. No way this place will be in business much longer

It all happened so fast. I responded to thier ad and I had an interview the next day. Filled out some paperwork and I started a new job the following week. Very easy.
