Greyhound is by far the worst coach company I have ever taken. I am warning you, they're coaches are the worst! They are always delayed and have no back up plan. If you try to get a refund, for 10 worth of money, they only give back 1!! This is absolutely outrageous!! Never take this company. I am beyond disappointed and hope the people that read this take my warning to stay away from Greyhound. This doesn't even deserve a 1 star. More like a -1
If I could give this a negative number I would. This was the most ATROCIOUS experience of my life. I left early in the morning because I need to get to a doctor's appointment that was scheduled for 1pm (I had to be there 30min early). So I scheduled my round trip ride for 10:25am, leaving plenty of time to get to the hospital since Fredricksburg, VA is 55min from Springfield, VA. I got to my station at 10:08 and waited. And waited. And waited. 10:20 comes around and I start asking around to see if I missed it somehow. No one has seen it. I called and after I was transferred to three people, they finally told me that my bus was delayed by TWO HOURS. I was NOT previously informed about this delay until I took it upon myself to contact them. That is totally unacceptable and because I needed to get to my appointment on time, I had to shell out 45.49 on a Lyft. I am thoroughly upset and do NOT recommend Greyhound for your travels.

Bus station was closed before the trip so we waited outside at 30F! Bus was like the ones in 3rd workd countries. Small leg room, no charging station, no water and oh yes the driver! The rudest person I have ever seen! I wanted to buy water when we were waiting for other passengers but the vending machine was broke so I asked him where to buy water and he scolded me. And again when I was getting in the bus ending without water, he asked for my ticket confirmation so I was opening it in my mobile but the internet was slow so he scoleded me second time. It was the shittiest bus ride I ever had so far. And this trip wasnt any cheaper then others. Infact, I paid more for this because they said it s good. IT IS NOT GOOD.
