Outstanding Experience with Gutter Ethics I recently had my gutters replaced. Joey came out (same day) and took pictures and videos showing me why I was having problems. I could tell Joey was very experienced and offered me reasonable (not inflated) solutions. The job was completed as promised. Also, Joey did a few extra drip edge adjustments not in the original estimate. Gutter ethics beat 2 other local area companies in price. Gutter Ethics is a professional company with very competitive rates. I highly recommend them. -Geno

I initially called Gutter Ethics to have my gutters cleaned and inspect my roof, as I had suspicion of a leak. I knew at the time of purchasing my home the roof had some repairs done to it, but I was surprised by what Gutter Ethics found: missing/broken shingles, exposed nails, and what appeared to be makeshift repairs. I was given two options to address the problem areas: 1) the cost-effective, short-term solution, which was to patch the missing/broken shingles and caulk/seal the exposed nails and 2) the expensive long-term solution, to have the roof completely redone. At no point did I feel any pressure to decide on either option. I simply made my mind on what I wanted, called them and went for the option that best suited my needs. Justin provided me with all the information I needed in regards to my new roof, the title of shingles and warranties associated with them. I was also told about Gutter Ethics’ own 10-year roof replacement workmanship warranty and 10-year annual roof replacement inspection, which is free of charge and guarantees their work for the next decade. I am extremely happy with my decision to go with them, Gutter Ethics did an amazing job and there was little-to-no disruption to my daily life. I don’t think I ever met any of the crew in person, everything was handled over the phone; Justin is VERY responsive. Another thing, which was explained to me during our initial conversation… WEATHER. These guys operate on GOOD weather. If there’s a hint of rain or any inclement weather, chances are they will postpone the work. This could be problematic for some (I’m looking at you control freaks), but I didn’t have an issue with it. I was told I wasn’t required to be home, might of fact, they do suggest you do leave the house while they are up there as it can get noisy.
I called this business for gutter & roof repair estimate. I got a very friendly callback which was refreshing after poor customer service with 2 other businesses. Not only were they friendly and professional, they were also timely and efficient. There was no hard up-sell and they were understanding of the situation and how the repair needed to be done before brutal weather made things worse. I will need a complete new roof in the future and will definitely use these guys.
I have never had a more thorough inspection of my roof. They were called to originally clean gutters. While there, they were ask to inspect the roof. They actually took videos and pictures while doing the inspection. It was like I was on the roof with them. They explained what they were seeing and what needed attention. They were always available for questions. I would highly recommend Gutter Ethics.
