Exceptional service and great value! Both techs were very knowledgeable, friendly and honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. Greg, the manager, was also very personable, helpful with information and demonstrably motivated to provide top-notch service at a reasonable rate. Additionally, for what it’s worth, the store was unexpectedly clean—even the restroom. As long as the prices remain competitive, I intend to return and keep returning for work on my vehicle. With this management and crew, I highly recommend Hiller Automotive!

Would not recommend price mark up is almost double the cost of parts .160 part cost me 300 and then 130 labor.

First experience with Hiller. Car wouldn't start, they repaired a blown fuse for under 100. Another shop might have installed a new Johnson Rod for 545.72, and I wouldn't have known the difference. Thanks for your prompt service, and I shall return!

Josh at Hiller is one of the nicest auto repair guys I have ever had the pleasure to interact with. I’m not a good driver by any means, and since moving to Springfield I’ve needed a consistent and quality repair shop to go to. 100% recommend this repair shop! Being a woman we always have to be on alert for being scammed. From the first interaction, I felt safe. Josh was down to earth, honest and pretty accurate on my quote. I had my vehicle towed in and he got it repaired in approx 3 hours.
