I had to call n confirm coverage for a customer and they sounded like they didnt want to answer any questions! They put me on hold and then it disconnected! They arent very helpful if you are trying to purchase a new car! Then they actually called n complained to my manager about me, I dont know why, my job was to sell a vehicle wgich was what I did! As a courtsy for the customer, I called them to verify the coverage! Next time I have to deal with them, I will have the customer call and get the info I need to register the car! When I told my customer he did apologize for their behavior!
