Great bubble tea and a super friendly staff! They handled the constant flow of customers really well. It’s a popular place, but the service was so fast that I wasn’t stuck waiting there for a long time (which has happened at other Kung Fu Tea locations). I’ll have to stop by more often!
Staff are courteous and are knowledgeable with the menu. Prices are very reasonable and social distancing rules are being adhered too. Definitely will be back
Clean Shop. Professional and friendly staff. BEST Kung Fu Tea in the DMV!! I have tried other Kung Fu Tea branches in the area, and this place make the BEST tea! I'm super picky when it comes to milk tea, it must have that balance between milk and tea. Most places make it feel like you're drinking diluted sweetened milk. This place, you can taste the tea!! I'm so glad it's close to my home. Not even the pandemic could stop me from coming here.
Really 2 1/2 stars because of the product but employees need a LOT of people skills training., in my opinion. You walk in, not even a greeting. Next it seems they are at work obligated and you are harassing them by placing an order. And then they get the order wrong, go figure. Each employee seemed to be working in their own island. Not a cohesive group. If you are a business owner and want to learn what to look out for in a not so good work environment, go no further and visit this place. Take notes and use it as not to do list for your employees. Let me clarify the product, teas and coffee I rate 4 stars. But due to the customer skills of employees, the experience as a whole earns only 2.5 stars.
