THE WORST person that I've EVER worked with. HE DOES NOT ANSWER HIS CALLS, HE LIES ALL THE TIME, HE DID NOT REFUND MY UMRAH VISA MONEY EITHER WHICH WAS BECAUSE OF COVID-19. HE WOULD NOT FOLLOW THE RULE OF REFUNDING MONEY. VERY WELL PLAYED, your Google rating was going down with a negative review so you decided to THREATENE MY WIFE to take her honest review back. And you even said to her that you will sue my wife if she doesn't take her review down in 10 days. Sir, I think you should check facts with your lawyer before threatening ANYONE of taking them to court. I would like you to take us to court for sure please. And I will make sure the government shuts your agency down for fraud. If I'm not wrong fraud is a crime. So GOOD LUCK Mr. Saeed Sikander, I'll see you in court.

My husband and I were planning to go to umrah in March. Umrah was cancelled due to COVID-19 but our visa fee was not fully refunded despite the fact that there were multiple news resources confirming that the Saudi government refunded the umrah visa fees. He denied the fact that he had received any refund from the government and told us to contact him within 3 months once umrah reopens. Today, 7 months later, the brother still has not given us a refund and umrah has been closed. UPDATE (10/06/2020): After posting my review, the owner of the company, Saeed Sikander, has threatened to sue me based on my review. As said in my review, the owner denied that he received refund and also offered to issue a visa again in the next 3 months (from March - June) but unfortunately, umrah remained closed. While I understand that the company has put time and effort into processing the visa, we had not received a visa on our passports. When I asked Br. Sikander he said that visas are not issued on passports but are given on paper. Ok, let's say I believe that. We were not given any paper with the visa. The images attached show the brother threatening me.

I would Highly recommend anyone going \ALONE or with FAMILY\ to go with Labaik Tours ... You will not be disappointed ... They go above and beyond to meet your needs ... I truly believe in \ Quality over Quantity \ and although many suggested Labaik Tours is not that well known, I should go with another well known company. However I am a person that is an experienced traveller who travels 400,000 miles a year for work, I compared the packages and Labaik Tours was offering SAME if not BETTER for FAR LESS of a PRICE with meeting 5 STAR QUALITY standards !!! After our trip, some did not believe how I stayed in such 5 star hotel and did so much for so Less ... I came to find out - He is not doing this for , infact he is a very successful business man whose passion is to take others to MECCA & MEDINAH so he ensures all guest are treated the same and quality is there without pocketing much profit. The Owner of Labaik Tours Mr Saeed , if you go with him You will NOT REGRET IT ... Best of luck in your trip :)

My family did hajj with Labaik Tours this year 2019. We had good haj. They are good hard working and helping people. Everything was well organized. Accommodations were near attractions and decent.. From Start to end Mr. Saeed was with us and helped. We had multi language Imam with us and they were guiding us almost daily basis. I recommend Labaik Tours for everyone.

Not the most honest and trustworthy Umrah travel agent. Numerous articles have been out advising of a refund of Umrah Visa fees by the Saudi government due to COVID-19. Labaik Tours denies those articles and does not refund even a partial fee for Umrah that was not completed and cancelled due to COVID-19.
