Mekong Cafe is a great place for lunch! Food will be served fast, hot, and it's going to taste great. I've attached pictures of a Red Curry and Crab Rangoon. Both entrees are one of the best in Springfield.

I gave this restaurant 5 stars and I’ve only ordered one thing from them: Asparagus and Chicken. This dish is BEYOND delicious. It is bursting with flavor!! It comes in a brown sauce that is simply magnificent. I have had it 3 times and each time it gets better. Order that dinner and you will be satisfied.
Love love love!! Some of the best Thai I have ever had. My kids and I would eat there almost every Friday. We all love the pad Thai chicken. This is the best Thai food in town in my opinion. If you haven’t been since they remodeled highly recommend it.
