Half greeted at the door the first time. Was told the nearest restroom was in Barnes and Nobles. Upon interring the second time, was greeted again with a short hello by a young man who saw it more worthwhile to help the couple walking in behind me. Stood around for 10 minutes waiting on one of the there other associates to offer assistance and finally had to ask for help. This person seemed way to bothered to help me, though he did basically tell me I had two very limited choices. Eventually he passed me on to someone else. Last person was more than kind, but wow....I drove 2 hours to spend 500 per suit that I can only rent part of.... And I need 3 more people dressed for the wedding which I will also be paying for. If there were other options anywhere near me, I would have nixed the order in a heartbeat. 2k for partial service and partial ownership of the goods is laughable.

I ordered my custom suit from here that I planned to get married in and spent 2 hours designing five weeks ago yet I found out two weeks before leaving for my wedding that the order was never processed due to miscommunication by an employee. So now it can't get here on time for the wedding. The good news is I will now buy local at John's Suit Shop. Though it won't be custom due to timing. But yeah, Springfield fam, if you're ever looking to go to the Men's Wearhouse on Glenstone for something important...maybe don't. On a more positive note, the service when I was designing the suit was good, and the guy I spoke with on the phone was apologetic. But I don't see how I can leave anything but a 1-star review when the suit I designed specifically for my wedding didn't get made. It's beyond disappointing in a year that's already forced us to cut our wedding down from 90 people to 50 to 25 and now to 15 due to COVID-19.
