The customer service here is terrible. I work for the affiliated hospital so have no choice but to use them, but would not recommend if you have other options. I asked for help about a malfunctioning piece of equipment and they were rude and condescending. It was first thing in the morning and I was the only customer, so stress shouldn’t be an excuse.

Wanted to move my cpap supply co. closer so had doctor transfer it here. 3 months ago. They never contacted my previous supplier although they said they had. I got it faxed over myself same day. Called to see when I could pick it up. They said I needed a face to face with my doctor. I had one 3 months ago when this started. I will never use these people.

I went to this Company on May 31st 2017 to have the # increased on my Sleep Apnea machine. It worked that night. Hasn't worked since. I have had it a little over 2 yrs and it has never given me any problems. I called this Company as soon as they opened and was told My warranty is over and I would haveto rent 1 on a monthly basis. She never said to bring my machine in to see what the problem might be or to see about ordering replacement parts. It seems funny to me that my machine stopped working right after they messed with it. I regret going to them. What a scam.
