Millennium Pools did a great job installing a new liner and salt water chlorinator. Milo and team were very professional, was able to answer every question, and took the time to make sure we knew exactly how to use the system. He even provided care tips. If you need work done on your pool, I highly recommend them!

They punished one of their employees for asking an anti-masker to mask up. The anti-masker has been bragging about it online. I admit, I have not used Millennium's service. But people deserve to know the risks when they choose to patronize a business. If Millennium is willing to punish an employee for asking someone to wear a mask, then one must wonder whether they require their employees to wear masks or take other basic COVID precautions in the workplace. Think about that before you visit their store or invite one of their employees onto your property.
9 years ago they did a good job replacing the liner and pouring a concrete deck. Now that deck is failing and broke the coping at the corners, I called them back to get a repair estimate. Took them a few weeks to come see it, but then....crickets. Hearing nothing after 5 weeks, I emailed them to forget about the repair quote. Only then I got a fone message that the salesman needing me to call him so he can apologize and give me the quote....and that was the straw that broke my hesitance at posting this warning to other customers. Buyer beware. Added Comment after talking to M.P owner: I really wish I had been able to talk to you earlier, but appreciate your call back and your openness to discussing hard things about your company's representatives. Had we not changed plans with our pool, I would give your firm another shot.

Thanks for nothing.....20 days, no appointment scheduled and no call, and they kept my credit card information.....This is first review I have ever written, but it is well deserved. Called this company to do leak detection in my filter lines. They would not even try to schedule me without getting my credit card information. I was reluctant to provide, but was desperate. The woman who took my information said there was a 2 week lead time for appointments. I was desperate, so I agreed. She said that because it was a leak she would try to get it sooner, and that I would get a call from the scheduler within 2 weeks.. 10 days went by...no call. So I called back to confirm and was assured that I would be contacted for the appointment as soon as possible. After another 10 days I told them to forget it. Do NOT use this company.
