Great staff and Dr Jensen is very nice and explained everything. I was, however, in this place for 2.5 hours. The Dr apologized but it’s a pandemic and every minute I’m around other people matters.

The staff and doctors at Missouri Eye Institute are true professionals. Every question I was was fully explained. I had cataracts in both eyes. As every body, I was reluctant to have a procedure on my eyes. I reached a point that it was either have the surgery procedure or stop driving. I had the first one in Dec. 2020. The cataract removed and a new lens put in. I liked the procedure as to going to the dentist for a filling. No pain, very little pressure felt. No after effects and 20/20 vision. The other one, same procedure was in Jan. 2021. Same experience. After each, a staff member called the next day to check on me. The follow up visits with a doctor were also professional. Other than using cheaters to read close up, I have the vision of a kid again. Thank you so much Missouri Eye Institute!!!

Whole staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr Osborn did my cataract surgery on both eyes. Distant vision is so much better. Follow up with Dr. Carter was great. They all seem to care about you and your experience. Highly recommend this group!
