Dr Genest was able to put me at ease at the onset of our first visit. He instantly explained his exam findings, frequently paused to ask me if I had questions, and explained his diagnosis and planned therapy. His medical assistants were also very professional and helped me to feel relaxed as well.

Erica Silk is like a breath of fresh air! Her interest in me as a patient was exceptional. I went in for an annual skin check, but had a burn on my hand too, and she took the time to instruct me on how to care for it and then took more time to wrap it! I also had a biopsy taken, her technique was precise and professional, both she and her medical assistant were superior!
