I am truly upset at the fact that this bus no longer operates out of Pittsfield. Whenever I needed to travel to and from NYC, this bus was my only option and much cheaper than what I pay now. I hope it changes very soon and make it convenient for us travelers again. I love Peter Pan although some of the drivers have attitudes but this company itself is amazing and convenient.

Great bus line all around, the buses are very clean and comfortable and the drivers are professional. Wifi and places to charge your phone make the ride a lot more comfortable too.

Since they remodeled this place it's very pleasant very clean no problems and if there is they take care of it right away thank you Union station thank you for all you do to keep us safe

Bus line was on time both ways, from Springfield to Boston and from Boston to Springfield, even arriving a few minutes ahead of destination outbound and left on time. Both drivers were courteous. The interior of each bus was clean although I did not check out inboard facilities. Did not rate complete 5 stars as electrical outlet was not working on in going bus and while clean, outgoing bus had a funny smell like old fast food. Support staff at both terminals were helpful, the Springfield location extremely so as I had trouble with my e-ticket and she opened up early to print out manual tickets for me. I also had reason to call their 800 number and the rep I spoke to was also very helpful, professional and polite. The way I was treated by the Peter Pan employees would be the number one reason I would recommend riding with them. They have a great staff!
