I went here yesterday. The cashier had no customer service. He was helping me then started helping the customer that was behind me. He just put my bag on the counter and continued helping him. He never said here you go or said thank you. The manager never said anything, he looked very tired. The cashier tossed my receipt and never asked me if I wanted it. Terrible customer service. Plus some of the pretzels were overcooked and hard.

One word... Rivets!!!! These pretzels are addicting. The cheese is even better. This pretzel factory even has ice cream. It's a win win! There is not a better pretzel around.

This was my first visit to the iconic Philly Pretzel Factory. The attendant was patient, helpful and professional. I will be back. And the pretzels were fresh and Great!! The dips were fabulous as well. Spicy mustard and Cinnamon.
