Over the last week I've tried (key word, tried) to get information on treating a condition that was very urgent to me. Their staff is either completely unaware of how their operations work, or unwilling to be courteous to new patients. I was told repeatedly they needed info from my previous Dr before they could even SCHEDULE an appointment. I got the info, and tried to get my appointment scheduled when I dropped it off. They had an attendant prevent me from speaking to any of the staff due to COVID concerns (pretty sad that the mere fear of covid is preventing me from getting treated for something I'm actually currently being afflicted by). I called their new patient line 3 times before finally reaching someone (I also left a message that was never responded to, which prompted me to call back again). When I finally spoke to someone, they told me the labs I dropped off weren't enough, and they needed my doctor's notes too. What? Why? I wanted basic info so I could decide to use this office or my current one. To anyone seriously considering this office- I made it very clear several times I was trying to go to an office closer than my doctor in CT. They refused to give me rudimentary information (WHAT types of service do they offer, WHEN could I start them, HOW much would it cost after insurance). It shouldn't take a month to get this information. Obviously if this was the treatment I was given during a time I have an urgent need, I can't imagine what it would be like if I actually went forward with them. Judging by the litany of 1 star reviews, it looks like my decision to avoid them was a good one.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in my life at a doctor's office. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. Horrible communication, between doctor, patients and staff. All of them repeatedly give information that completely conflicts with each other. No one knows how to do their job nor do they seem to care. They literally mess up every single appointment I tried to make with them and then tried to blame me for their mistakes. They cancel appointments the day before. They don't contact you when they say they will for telehealth appointments. The never follow through with anything they say they are going to do. They repeatedly try to charge you for double follow up appointments (1 telehealth and then 1 in person because it should never have been telehealth in the 1st place) and then they try to make you pay for both. The doctor (Shaker) continuously changes the goal posts for your diagnoses so that he can keep charging you for appointments. He is also very quick to recommend surgical procedures even when there are simpler, cheaper, less painful alternatives that he could easily be trying first (aka an ultrasound). I cannot empathize this enough, DO NOT GO HERE! You're better off performing your own diagnoses on yourself! I repeat, for the love of god, DO NOT GO HERE!
Dr. Gallo was professional and impressive. Will follow-up soon. Office staff courteous and efficient, well plannned coronovirus procedures. So far very pleased as a new patient.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Phone calls are not returned. Mailboxes are full. I called last month and was told that the office was closed and to call back November 16. I've been trying since then. No response.
Had an appointment with Lisa Salisbury PA. At 10 am this morning. Was checked in at 9:35 am saw her at 9:55 after my pre check. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Check out was amazingly easy as well. Will recommend this practice for all urology problems very thorough and thoughtful.
