Customer Service and Knowledge are impeccable! The owner Matt as well as Devon and Mike are above and beyond! They get customer service. They work hard to understand what it is you need. They also make you comfortable. I will pay for customer service all day everyday. I will be back! My bike is better tanks to you all! Kudos!

First time purchasing a road bike and the shop could not have been more helpful. Matt and his crew go above and beyond with regards to customer service and their professionalism is second to none. Ran into a cleat issue that was an oversight on my part and they were eager to remedy the problem quick, fast and in a hurry. I highly recommend stopping by for any and all concerns!

Mike was amazing at Rats Cycles today. We bought my daughter an EZ roller but needed a flag as she rides low to the ground. I went in and he found a flag for me instantly and was so professional and helpful. I highly recommend this store to anyone with biking needs.

Friendly staff who did a great tune-up on my bike on time and on budget. They replaced the parts that needed placing, but didn't try to replace the parts that were in \good enough to last another year\ condition. Makes them trustworthy - I'm a happy customer!

I SHOULD HAVE read more details in the reviews. TL/DR Don't bring your complicated med/high end bike here for service. Most bikes I saw for service and I'm assuming most reviews are for simple kids bikes. Nice people, but go elsewhere for experts. With Covid-19 causing many bike shops to shut down their service centers, it led me here to Rats Cycles for annual service. I had shifting problems that were causing my chain to fall off and the front brake was sticking here and there. They adjusted the rear derailleur, supposedly did a safety check on bolts and adjusted the front brakes. It's fine in the parking lot, but one ride into the trails, chain is off twice, front brake is basically stuck. I go back and they're very nice and said they will immediately try and resolve the issue. The people here are very nice and are trying to help. Shifting is back to normal until I hit the trail and boom chain off. At this point I'm not going back, I'm out 100 and decide I'm going to fix this myself. I start to just check every bolt on the bike and THE REAR THROUGH AXEL IS LOOSE!!! How did they miss this, TWICE?? My rear wheel was holding on with 2 threads remaining, I tightened it and haven't had a chain drop or shift issue in 5 rides since. Yes I was being lazy and decided to hand this off to \experts\ for a trouble free resolution being busy with work, definitely didn't happen that way.
