I was really impressed. I usually just get a quick/speedy lube service but I have almost 50,000 miles on my truck and wanted to be preventive instead of reactive. The service department was GREAT. Got me in exactly at my appointment time. They made recommendations I had not even thought of , explained all work that was going to be preformed and why they suggested it. All was done in less than 4 hrs and the price was outstanding. Really glad I took my truck to your team. Also the veteran discount is appreciated. Reliable is an asset to the Springfield community. Quest greeted me immediately as I had scheduled an appointment. He immediately made me feel at ease and I felt I could trust him. Tyler, his sales manager, came over to greet me and to answer any additional questions I might have. They had the vehicle I wanted, in the color I wanted and with all the features I wanted! Quest took me on a test drive after thoroughly explaining all the features of the car! Tyler negotiated a trade in amount I was satisfied with for my vehicle. Jamie in finance explained the maintenance plans cost after Tyler had explained what they covered. Quest remained with me the entire afternoon and transferred my belongings from my old car and put my license plate on! He is young but I had complete confidence in him as well as Tyler and Jamie! I recently became a widow so it was very important for me to be able to have a team who were so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!

I had a great experience buying a car form these guys. In fact, I flew all the way from Washington State to purchase, and drove it back. Jordan was my sales person and helped me for at least a week, sending photos and video several times as well as answering any questions I had, he even picked me up from the airport! Great service and great prices, I would fly out to buy another car from them, it was totally worth it. Thanks again!
