Leslie our waitress rocks!!! Smokehouse burger was excellent. Salad bar was excellent. Children's cheeseburger was great. We'll be back. Covid practices were adequate.

We most always enjoy Ruby Tuesday, but this night was a little off from the norm. My wife and daughter were there for lunch and the service was great. We had dinner and the service was slow for the low number of customers.
I would not recommend this place. Lots of confusion from my online order. We received a text saying our order is ready. When we went to pick up the food they said it was not ready. Then said the card was not un\. After they turned my husband away. I called and they said that my order was non existent. I said our card was charged and we received a text saying the order was completed. I had to go back inside and show them the text to get the food and run the card again. All this hour later and they had the food just sitting. A small handful of zucchini for two orders and what I thought was soup is the ice cream for the dessert. All the food is cold and I have to microwave it I guess. But I can't because it comes in Styrofoam and tinfoil. I'm in a hotel and now have to hunt down some microwavable items. Their staff asked why did I use postmates...their website sends you to that. All in all a big ordeal....
Great service! Gina L. Was very friendly, prompt, and made sure we had everything for a satisfying lunch. I had the bbq chicken cobb salad; she had the grilled hickory breast with zucchini and broccoli. My chicken was tender but tasted like it had been cooked then refrigerated for a day or two before being reheated and served. Just a little off taste. Her zucchini had very little taste. The rest was very good.
I only gave 3 because I was only picking up a uber eats order, it would've been different if I was sitting down in here eating myself but I will most definitely be back for a full rack of those ribs they did look good
