This is the absolute worst social security staff to deal with. They’ve lost my documents twice- first time being a copy so no big deal but now they lost my original marriage certificate. If you can avoid dealing with then I strongly advise doing anything in your power to not deal with them.

My blood is boiling. I have been trying to deal with these clowns for the past 2 months now, trying to get a Social Security replacement card. I send in all the documents I have, 1 month later.. they say it's not enough and they don't even send back my documents. I've had enough and will probably just give up. No one answers the phone, the office is closed, and I am seething with anger because I have tried everything.

The employees at SSA on Bond Street are amazing! They are kind, compassionate, helpful and empathetic to needs. I have been to E Hartford and nothing compared to the wonderfu experience on Bond Street. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
