I went in for a couples massage which was going great! When we got to the part to do facials they asked if we’d like to do a 10 dollar face mask which we both said NO. They claimed they did the regular face mask on us but when it was time to leave they charged us an additional 10 dollars. THENNNN I went to my car to get my wallet to tip the ladies 10 dollars each and they insisted I give them 20 each! After I told them no they proceeded to go to my boyfriend begging him to put a 50 tip on his card! They were legit hovering over him begging and bullying him to put additional money on his card. I gave the manager 20 dollars and told him that it was for the additional 10 dollar face mask we didn’t ask for and the rest was for tip! Service was terrible and they don’t listen when you tell them you don’t want any additional services.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM—STAY AWAY FROM HERE! My review used to be 5-stars, but as of 10/15/18, I wish I could give less than one star. I bought another Groupon like I usually do for two people and when I called to make an appt, the female supervisor/manager asked if I have a gift card, package with them or a Groupon. I said Groupon then she asked me if I’ve ever been there via Groupon before and I said yes then she said they don’t accept people who aren’t first time Groupon customers—WHAT!? That’s not how Groupon works! You are allowed to purchase several of the same Groupons and redeem them as desired. Then she proceeded to tell me to cancel my Groupon and just go in and they’ll charge the same price as Groupon (97 at the time). But as dozens of other reviewers said on here, they not only charge you more than Groupon, but charge “taxes and fees” whereas Groupon doesn’t. They also up-sell their services and force products on you which makes you feel like you’re at a car dealership. If you don’t like how Groupon works or you feel like you lose money with Groupon, you shouldn’t have signed a contract with them. Thankfully Groupon fully refunded me. This place needs to be shut down.
JUST STAY AWAY! This place does not deserve your money! They don’t treat their customers with dignity and respect and will try to force you into spending more money on unnecessary services. They also expect you to tip 30% for an average massage! Which is ridiculous and they will try to play on your emotions to coerce you into it. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I don’t know how they’ve survived this long!
Came here for a couples massage and was wonderfully supersized. The ladies were very professional and did an excellent job. Both me and my girlfriend left feeling very relaxed and plan to return again.
Amazing experience. Came here on a groupon. Sometimes you dont get the full experience when you're paying a discounted rate with groupons. This was NOT the case. They rolled out the red carpet. 60 min deep tissue massage and 60 min facial, both with incredible care and technique. They had a separate room to do our couples session together, as the session was a gift. I feel so refreshed and will both recommend and return again.
