Stopped by this new place and got a fantastic chicken cutlet sandwich on a bagel. Even the pickle rocked! Definitely stop by this place and check it out.
The best bagels in the area, hands down. When I moved to Mountainside from Jersey City I was seriously bummed about losing all my awesome NYC bagel spots. It's a high bar to match and after trying some ok but ultimately worse bagel spots in town, I happened upon this spot, which I had not seen before. Thank god the place I had been going was closed for a bit or I would not have been lucky enough to look more closely at this spot. The bagels are fresh (and hot if you go early), soft, and HUGE. The other shops in town are ok and their staff is pleasant, but this bagel shop is the clear winner on taste alone. I wish they had a few more flavors, but overall it's a great selection. If you moved here from NYC, THIS IS YOUR SPOT.
I’m so bummed! I came in for the first time and was a little frazzled due to COVID and breakfast rush and we had trouble understanding each other through the language barrier/masks when I placed my order. The lady immediately got impatient with me and rolled her eyes/shook her head at me before saying something negative about me in Spanish, which made me uncomfortable. I can deal with that if everything else is great but their service counter isn’t organized and payment, ordering, and receiving food all happens in one condensed area so everyone is touching each other without social distance. And the bagel was only OK. If you have issues with understanding ESL speakers with masks on or want to maintain safety precautions during COVID, go somewhere else.
Their were nice services always and smille face on the employees.I really recommend this place. I love to go this place.
