Got drivers license renewed here. Had to go in 2 x because they need the big copy of birth certificate for Real ID.. not the little one. Both times had no line for the 3 renewal ladies. If the line is out the door.. be sure to go in and get a number.. I've never had to wait long at all here for a renewal. I would give it 5 stars if it were more clear that there are 2 separate lines to get into... It's clear inside, but if the lines out the door.. there are no signs. Also, there is NO place to sit here.. if you do have a line, expect to stand to wait... Comfy shoes and the like.

Truth is I never went in my daughter's 19 she went in to take her driver's test I refused to go in because I was not wearing a mandated mask. And you can't really condemn me for it because at least I didn't go in. could you please wish my daughter luck on her next driver's test.? Thank you very much

Compared to literally any other license bureau ive ever been to, this one was the fastest and most friendly. I had to go there 3 times in one day due to needing more money and not having the correct paper work needed to do what I wanted done and o spent maybe 20 mins in there in total. I will never go to a different location.

I've had to deal with licensing, registration, and testing here the last month and all has been seamless. There's not hardly any wait, and as long as you bring everything you need then you're in and out quick. Even witnessed someone act like a total Karen the last visit, and the staff handled it better than I ever would. Act humane and they will do the same.

Short line, the first woman sent me to get proof of residency, 2nd woman that helped me was very helpful & even helped me take a picture so it looked good...also didn't get annoyed with having to clear that impossible to sign legibly tablet signature, all in all a very pleasant dmv exerience
