Dr. Cunningham is excellent but I don’t know how well the team is with communication. My discharge was an utter disaster, some nurses seemed annoyed with my abundant questions right after a craniotomy.

I had surgery done by Dr Rahman almost 6 months ago (herniated disc) problems and worse pain after surgery. Staff was great till stitches were removed. They sent me to a sports med Dr without telling me. Wouldn't return my phone calls had 3 more MRI's done the sports med Dr said they weren't fine sent me back to Dr Rahman, he did a an injection test image said it was fine even though I work in health care and knew it wasn't fine. He said he would have another person in their group see me, he called me on the phone and said he agreed with Dr Rahman. Totally unprofessional only saw him in person once and all he did was put his hand on my foot and ask me to try to keep him from moving it, unbelievable, he is so unprofessional and having someone in his group call me to say he agreed give me a break. I know I have a problem I am is massive pain and can hardly walk. Seeing neurosurgeon in Columbia tomorrow I am hoping they are more professional or at least more knowledgeable. Please don't pick this Dr if you have a choice. If he doesn't know how to fix my problem he should at least send me to someone who does not tell me there in nothing wrong. If there was nothing wrong I would be able to walk and be better.

Dr Rahman has been my surgeon since 2010 and I have recommended him to others and they have all been pleased. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, funny when you need a lift, and I refer to him as my Marcus Welby. Totally trust him. His staff are excellent. Linda is such a sweetheart and very knowledgeable and puts your mind at ease.

Very poor and disorganized unprofessional medical facility. Extreme poor communication, Cox in Monett said they made arrangements for me to see a neosurgeon in Springfield, waiting in pain for weeks Springfield said they didn't know anything about it! I called back Cox in Monett and I was promised that they would get me in asap in Springfield, again nothing happened,hence I asked to talk to the manager, no one called me back, they don't give a damn at Cox!!

He was wonderful, through, and to the point. He did my husband's emergency shunt revision on 9/13/19. So grateful for his expertise. He has also taken of my son's VNS surgery. I would feel confident in his surgery room.
