Two great experiences with staff today, 10/21/20. First: the young woman at the fax area was extremely helpful and patient. Second: a young man in the printer area guided me to find the power cord I needed for my old printer that had been lost in a move. Both went above and beyond providing me with an excellent shopping experience. . I only wish I had their names. I should have asked to speak with the store manager when I was there.

Craig the store manager was VERY helpful and nice... I brought my lap top in for repair and he did it all for me quickly....he explained things and was very knowledgeable... I am very happy with the repair and how I was treated as a customer !

Staff was helpful and efficient. Store was clean and organized. We used the printer. Check out and exit was a bit crowed with registers and popup/sale items.
