How do you really review a Home Depot? The bathrooms are nice. The staff is hit or miss on helpfulness finding things and personality at-checkout; in the other hand it is a mega-store, so what would you expect? The whole place is overall exactly what you need from a hardware store. Definitely better than the 7 corners store.

There isn't much to say about Home Depot. It serves a very specific purpose. On this trip I asked several people f for help and they were all knowledgeable, but I will say not friendly in a in really here to help you kind of way.

I’m not sure how any other reviews didn’t mention this, but management lets a LOT of people in without masks. Cashiers, customer service, and floor associates constantly have to deal with customers that don’t wear masks because management is allowing them in the store. This is a huge risk for both the employees and all the customers in the store. Not only is this not complying with the Virginia Department of Health and CDC guidelines, but it’s also failing to comply with the 250 fine now given to those who do not wear masks in stores. Honestly, go to Lowes or something so the management will actually do something about it.

Do Not Purchase Any Major Appliances Online or In-store We purchased GE Washer & Dryer last November. Within 3 days we wanted a refund. Home Depot has a \Deal\ with the manufacturers, you have only 48 hours to request a refund. Otherwise defunct appliances are yours to repair via the warranty. Who wants a new purchase that doesn't work after three days. No recourse, that's their policy . AT least give a customer a week, if not 30 days.
