Great customer service, even better cupcakes! I came in to pick up a few cupcakes and was greeted by Jay. She was incredibly friendly and gave me awesome recommendations. She was so so friendly and I had a really incredible experience. Thank you for your awesome attitude Jay!

Their gluten free cupcakes are absolute PERFECTION! I could have sworn I was eating a standard cupcake. Flavor was exquisite with all 4 cupcakes I personally sampled! The sponge was not overly sweet and the frostings were light and airy. Cupcake toppers were high quality as well! *Picture included is from our second dozen which did not contain gluten free flavors. This bakery takes the time to put individual gluten free cupcakes in separate containers!
Yum, best cupcakes! Had the Chocoholic and wow, it was heaven, so moist and delicious! Couldn’t stop there had to eat an Italian cupcake as well, and oh my goodness is all I can say!
Stopped in on the search for some macarons, google stated that Urban Cup sold them. I don't know if he was the owner or manager but he came over to assist the front counter. The staff was a bit shocked that we came in for macarons. And stated that they used to sell them, but stopped after cupcakes did better. I found it extra sweet of them to give us free cupcakes due to the fact that they did not sell the macarons that we were looking for. So that being said HUGE THANKS URBAN CUP!! I had the mint chocolate chip, this was so good! Normally I stray away from cupcakes because the frosting is usually too sweet. Thankfully they use butter cream and I will definitely be back to purchase more! Coworker had The Classic, he also enjoyed his as well. See yall soon!
It is SO great to have a \cupcakery\ in Springfield! We have never been disappointed in our orders and we much appreciate the gluten free cupcakes so our GF family member can enjoy the fun also. I also ordered a dairy free cupcake for a visiting daughter who has dairy intolerance. The cupcakes are not \too sweet\ but still pretty and tasty. Online ordering is convenient. I so appreciated the curbside service during the stay-at-home order and also before the masking ordinance went into effect as we have health conditions which make it riskier to go inside and was very appreciative that the order was brought out to me. I also had an order fulfilled for a flavor that was not featured that particular week - just needed a day notice for it. (it was the only flavor requested by the birthday guest!). Staff has answered so many questions for me and have always been friendly. I missed this business when it left downtown and was delighted to see it reestablished in its current location (convenient for all sides of town). I hope it's here for many years!
